Stephanie Waddell was born and raised in Houston, Texas and quickly gained a large network throughout her professional career. Stephanie has more than 20 years of experience providing optimal Account Management and Recruiting services for various staffing agencies throughout the Houston area.
Her career began as a Recruiting Agent with a large and well known Houston staffing agency. Stephanie soon decided that she belonged in a more personal, compassionate, and privately owned company where she spent 12 years as an Account Manager and Senior Recruiter before branching out and creating Waddell Resource Group, L.L.C. in 2018.
